Riya & Collette Warren

We are Riya & Collette Warren, two successful vocalists and writers within the drum and bass genre with over thirteen years experience and a friendship of eleven years.

Riya & Collette Warren between them have worked with Hybrid Minds, Roni Size, DJ Marky, Calibre, Skeptical, Break, Total Science, S.P.Y, Technimatic, Whiney, Unglued, Monrroe, and Lenzman to name a few.

In 2021, they released a joint album, backed and supported by the PRS Foundation Women Make Music Grant called 'Two Sides of Everything' which was the first ever collaborative female vocal album in 170 which went on to be nominated for 5 awards at the D&B Arena Awards 2021, and one of the tracks made New Music Friday on Spotify and was the Radio 1 Rinse Out Track of the Week.

This album saw the launch of their own joint label - Carnelian Music - whose whole ethos is to support and promote vocal-led drum and bass. Since then the label has gone from strength to strength and has been nominated for 'Best Label' at the 2022 D&B Arena Awards.

In recent times, Riya & Collette Warren have been touring together doing a joint vocal show, performing over the UK and Europe, and curating a vocalist-led stage at Sun and Bass.

Alongside a shared love for songwriting, singing and releasing music, Riya & Collette are trained holistic therapists, with Riya being a Sound Therapist and Collette Warren being a Reiki Master.
