Long Island Sound

Dublin duo Long Island Sound (Rob Roche and Tim Nolan) are known for their euphoric-yet-introspective take on electronic music. Toeing the line between big emotion and big room energy, the pair present dreamy and dynamic explorations of house, techno, breaks and electro via their own imprint, Signs of Space. Breaking through in 2019 with the label’s first EP, Initial Ascent, the duo went on to release their first full-length, Lost Connection, which Resident Advisor described as ‘glorious, heart-tugging sunset techno’. Following the success of their debut LP and a sold-out launch party in Dublin’s Tengu, in 2022 the pair embarked on their Summer festival tour, culminating in a standout set at All Together Now.

2023 sees the pair pushing their label and sound further into uncharted territory. With the recent release of Lost Connection Remixes, their album has been reinterpreted by some of the most exciting producers in electronic music. Signing off on that notable era, the duo move swiftly on with a limited 2 track white label of unadulterated festival-ready house epics that have been highlights of their sets over the past year.
