Bristol born, bred and raised producer/DJ/multi-instrumentalist Kyle Chappell AKA Khanum has been pushing the deep dubstep sound for 12+ years, since before it made its "comeback" in the City. Taking every opportunity to pay homage to his early influences and inspirations by hosting nights at Lakota at the young age of 18, following on to do the same with his label, bringing through artists on the roster, giving them a platform to showcase their sound regardless of their status, at small intimate venues, creating a family vibe in hope to form a community with Foto Sounds. Honing his own sound over the years that has developed to become unmistakable. This sound has rippled through the scene gaining him a following overseas, allowing him to take his music to the US, Poland and other countries. Continuing to explore other avenues as an artist he's delved into writing lyrics and collaborating with mc's, other producers he hold close resulting in creating other aliases that will expand his horizons beyond dubstep/140 music.
