Despite only being established in October 2022, London-based duo BLUMITSU have cemented themselves as a force to be reckoned with at lightning speed, birthing one of the most exciting UK club scene partnerships in recent times. The formidable collaboration between notorious DJ/producers and friends Bluetoof and Jossy Mitsu began with the idea to merge their consecutive Wednesday evening Rinse FM radio shows, creating an electrifying b2b show exploring the darker sides of high-octane electro and techno.

This earned the pair RA mix of the day, who described the synergistic set as ‘one hell of a combination’ and a plethora of support from across the wider scene ensued, generating a cult-like following from dedicated enthusiasts. They've since played at Berlin's Atonal Festival, Horst Festival and streamed a Boiler Room set for Sports Banger.

The BLUMITSU ethos is based around ideals of duality; opposites of each other that are in fact two extremes of the same thing. Their combined power takes shape in their sonic journey, weaving through forward-thinking beats inspired by themes of space, technology and science. Teasing snippets of tracks from their shared studio, anticipation for their forthcoming EP has been building steadily whilst they make rare appearances at establishments such as the legendary Fabric nightclub.

Expect nothing less than world domination as the highly sought-after BLUMITSU continue to go from strength to strength on their immense trajectory.
