He combines futuristic rhythms and sound-system intensity with a psychedelic flair, honed through his time spent in Bristol during the mid '10s, with releases on key UK labels like Swamp81 and Wisdom Teeth, his own Ansia imprint and more recently the Dekmantel powerhouse.

Kurashi keeps an ear to the streets of the world, bringing microcultures from across the Caribbean and Latin America into electronic club spaces. By recontextualizing what it takes to rave, they make any dancefloor a space to connect rather than to escape.
