Futuristic rockstar and Bristol legend Paris Yves joins Gabriel Waves in the SWU studio to talk new music, lego obsessions and all things nefarious. As always, expect the best in wavey, underground Hip Hop, R&B and Grime from the UK and beyong.

Paris yves, whose date of birth can be traced to the late 1700s - early 1800s is a musician born within the Transylvanian mountain ranges. Often cited as musics key pioneer, it is very well documented that paris helped Mozart write the 5th symphony, introduced Noel Gallagher to Liam Gallagher and ghost write for the Beatles (pre Yoko Ono).
Early in his career, paris stopped the cold war from turning into world war 3. Gave George Lucas the idea for Star-Wars when he had a very intense tobacco rush and discovered the key to immortality when he was on a Boeing 767 plane on the morning of September 11th 2001.

Notable achievements in his later career are when he played Top Gear’s now iconic “The Stig”. Becoming an ally in the LGBTQ community by making Yorkie bars accessible to all and not just men and inventing the internet after being frustrated with the delays carrier pigeons would have when he was communicating with his then girlfriend, Marilyn Monroe.

Even though paris has had a career that stretches over 3 centuries, he is not stopping. In an interview with Vogue, paris said his goals for the next century include helping Stevie Wonder see again, getting Sam Raimi’s rumoured Spider-Man 4 made, getting every pryzm night club shut down and finally releasing a mixtape.

Currently taking residence in Bristol and living in fourth floor of the Gallaries car park. He fuses punk, and electronic dance together to create his sound. He also may in fact be a vampire?
