LU2K INVITES NYC JUNGLIST AND 123 COLLECTIVE MEMEBER, JAQL

jaql is a stalwart member of the bubbling jungle scene in NYC. She is keen on world building via her sets that are led by fast breaks and wobbly basslines.

She runs a party series titled ‘Jaywalking’ which grew out of a deep yearning to hear more jungle on local dance floors. Beyond platforming local and name brand jungle DJs, Jaywalking’s goal is also to foster the sound in new ways, inviting people who don't normally play jungle to interpret the sound.

She is also a member of 123, a collective based in Brooklyn hosting a wide range of events from weeknight socials to full blown raves featuring 123’s well-loved basement soundsystem.
