While her mother instilled a love for classic jazz and Motown, her siblings introduced her to indie rock and 90s R&B. As a child, Cairo, then known by her pseudonym Tilli B, began exploring her musical talents alongside her siblings. From writing and performing grime bars with her older brother to choreographing songs with her sisters, music became an integral part of her life. Taking a hiatus from the industry, Cairo pursued higher education, earning both a bachelor's and master's degree in Commercial Music. This period of reflection and growth allowed her to redefine her sound and artistic vision. Emerging from this transformative journey, she introduced DreameR D&B, a genre blending elements of R&B, soul, and UK soundsystem, reflecting her unique style and perspective.
